Paint your heart & soul 2020! Giveaway!

Hello lovely followers! I have some exciting news!

Keep reading all the way to the bottom to find out about entering the giveaway!!

Have you seen the PYHaS 2020 teacher lineup? Have you noticed my picture there? Yes! That’s right! I’m going to be teaching in that great online course again next year!!! And….. I’m giving away one FREE spot keep reading for details!

You might have already heard about this amazing course as it is one of the most popular art classes in our online art community. However, if you’ve never heard about it before then in a nutshell, this is a year-long art class with weekly lessons, where you can learn how to create gorgeous art, using different art supplies and techniques from professional artists from all around the world.

This course is great for everyone who is looking to learn (beginners and experienced artists are welcome!), explore, get inspired and to improve, and add to your artist voice!

I am so grateful that Olga Furman has asked me back to be a teacher again next year! I love the community of these collaborative online courses, getting to see students progress and be inspired by such a wide range of art! We will be learning how to create a wide range of beautiful artwork from faces, figures, animals and landscape in a variety of styles! There really is something for everyone. The lessons are based on colour theory, value, proportions and other academic art theories so you can get a good grounding in the elements of art while having fun too!

We have a great team of participating teachers, all with their own style so you can learn a variety of styles and subject matter. This coming year will be the biggest yet with over 65 downloadable lessons which include video and supporting pdfs from 37 amazing artists!

All at the same low early bird price of only $99! That’s only just over $1 per lesson!

You can buy it at the early bird pricing till December 25th HERE

This course is hosted by the artist Olga Furman of OlgaFurmanArt.com and is a collaboration of 37 international artists. All of us are looking forward to share our unique creative process, our knowledge, tips and tricks with students, from start to finish.

We will also provide a closed FB group where students are encouraged to share their progress, receive support and meet likeminded friends. Being a part of the art community has a tremendous positive effect and makes the learning process even more exciting!

This course is geared towards individuals of all skill levels, ranging from a total beginner (no previous experience in drawing/painting is required prior this course) to an experienced artist!

This year I taught my main lesson on painting a monochromatic watercolour portrait using just one tube of paint, while my bonus lesson focused on colour theory and mixing colours on the gel plate. Next years lessons are still in the planning stage but I am planning on incorporating some of my folk art animals such as this one below (please note this isn’t the actual lesson but just an example of what we might create)

And I really want to share with you my portrait painting techniques in watercolour!

Here is an example of what I’ve been creating lately! I love mixing watercolour and gouache and want to share this process with you all!
